阎爱民博士现任长江商学院组织行为学访问教授,波士顿大学组织行为学副教授,曾任教于宾夕法尼亚大学。现任全美管理学会和国际商务学会会员。
 
主要研究领域
其研究特长在于国际合资企业、全球战略伙伴与竞争、新兴市场组织设计、组织发展与演进等。
 
学术成就
阎教授在《管理评论》、《人类关系》、《管理研究杂志》、《国际商务杂志》等学刊发表过近20篇论文,并出版过学术专著,有多项学术成果获得奖励,关于美-中合资企业的研究获全美管理学会的最佳论文奖,任Journal of International Management、Journal of Management and Organization、哈佛商业评论(中文版)编委。
