Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree. Preferably an MBA degree.
- 5 years marketing or sales experience in high intelligence markets. Team management experience is plus.
- Good English communication skills both in spoken and written;
- Have good understanding and be passionate for education or people development, can-do and positive attitude;
- Great team-player, always takes initiative and also be supportive.
Responsibilities:
Lead the MBA Admissions team to ensure the MBA program admits the sufficient and most qualified students according to the admission policies. The overall operation should be in line with the Cheung Kong MBA mission: to develop future business leaders both in the Greater China region and around the world.
- Make the annual plan of admissions job and continuously optimize the whole process with effective target management tools.
- Initiate and organize marketing and admission activities according to target market analysis and data analysis.
- Answer MBA admission inquires, convey the right message of Cheung Kong MBA program to candidates, identify qualified prospective students and fulfill the admissions target.
- Work closely with Marketing and other internal departments of MBA program to solicit and give feedback on Admissions job to enhance the positive loop of whole program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good command of English in both written & spoken;
- Good computer skill such as MS Office: Excel, Word, PPT, etc;

Job Description:
- Pick up daily phone calls and welcome guests
- Coordinate and mange the logistic support to MBA/EMBA/EDP Programs at SH Campus
- Coordinate with Cypress Hotel and other related departments
- Warehouse management;
- Guards & cleaners management;
- Improve the admin operation system
- Other admin duties upon request such as flight booking, hotel reservation

Overview:
The Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, China’s first private business school founded in 2002 by Li Ka-shing, seeks a professional to design, host, and promote short-term educational programs in Beijing for overseas MBA, EMBA, and executive groups, including delegations from UCLA, Darden, and IE.
Responsibilities:
Lead administrative staff and professors in the design of customized programs for overseas groups including classroom lectures, guest speakers, and company visits; handle detailed communications with incoming delegations; oversee all planning, scheduling, and logistics issues; take an active role in marketing Cheung Kong GSB inbound programs to top-tier b-schools, corporations, and executive groups; creatively lead and manage staff and students in program delivery.
Qualifications:
For this senior position, we seek candidates from top schools who are truly bilingual (English, Chinese) with excellent organizational and communications skills and a track record of success in project management. You have a network of corporate contacts in Beijing, and can provide strong supporting references. An MBA or experience at a global consulting firm would be beneficial.
